En lugar de residencial parece otra cosa.. no hay un mantenimiento en parques/ jardines. Siempre se ve sucio casi todo el fraccionamiento.. no hay árboles o áreas verdes grandes. Siempre hay agua regada en las calles. A veces hay problemas de agua o luz. Muchos perros abandonamos por todos lados.. hacen falta acatar el reglamento y que todos pongamos de nuestra parte.. Casi nunca hay patrullaje.. me robaron el cobre y nadie hace nada.. Decepcionado por comprar hubiese preferido el fraccionamiento de al lado esta muy limpio, ordenado e incluso todo se ve uniforme.. y muy tranquilo..
