★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se respira tranquilidad. En la tarde hace mucho calor y en la noche hace mucho frío. Para realizar compras, en general, hay que salir del fraccionamiento e ir a pie, es tardado. De preferencia tener vehículo o pagar taxi.
You breathe tranquility. In the afternoon it is very hot and at night it is very cold. To make purchases, in general, you have to leave the subdivision and go on foot, it takes time. Preferably have a vehicle or pay for a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son de 90 mts de terreno, 45 mts de construcion, solo un inconveniente la unidad cuenta con varias casas ya sea avandonadas o sin vender por oarte de la constructora, no hay administracion que sd haga responsable de la misma. Mi mamá tiene casa en esta unidad, a mejorado su vivienda con un 2° piso.
The houses are 90 meters of land, 45 meters of construction, only one inconvenience the unit has several houses either avandonated or unsold by the construction company, there is no administration that is responsible for it. My mother has a house in this unit, she has improved her home with a 2nd floor.
