★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento en si es bueno y seguro, lo malo es el camino, que no entiendo bien el material de empedrado, tal vez si sea bueno pero hay muchos baches y es angosto y es un poco molesto el tránsito de camiones por que se detienen mucho para hacer paradas subir y bajar personas a corta distancia.
The subdivision itself is good and safe, the road is bad, I do not understand the cobblestone material, maybe if it is good but there are many potholes and it is narrow and it is a bit annoying the transit of trucks because they stop a lot to make stops up and down people at close range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy residente del Fraccionamiento aunque no recomiendo para nada a la constructora llamada INMERALPE, no cumplió en muchas cosas y no recomiendo comprar casas con ellos. El fraccionamiento cuenta con todos los servicios pero no gracias a ellos.
I am a resident of the Fraccionamiento although I do not recommend the construction company called INMERALPE at all, it did not comply in many things and I do not recommend buying houses with them. The subdivision has all the services but not thanks to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento tranquilo, pero no cuenta con los servicios que ofrecen, no hay mantenimiento para el elevador, falta de agua, no existe una área destinada para área verde. muchos desperfectos fuera y dentro de los departamentos y viviendas. a pesar de esto existe un cobro de $300 pesos para mantenimiento y $150 para el vigilante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy bonito con mucha seguridad gente bien buena onda los edificios tienen elevador con rampas para discapacitados y señalamientos bien indicados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo conocía ...es un concepto de vivienda muy diferente a nuestras habituales costumbres. Si puedo decir que las calles de acceso interior son muy amplias, los niños pueden disfrutar jugar fuera de casa. Está vigilado las 24 horas. Y es una zona de tranquilidad y relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad. Yo no cabría con mis cosas allí. Libreros, mecedoras , plantas. Está bello el lugar. Ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta el fraccionamiento por su seguridad y su amabilidad al entrar. Se encuentra en una buena ubicación cerca de WALMART, Sam's CLUB Y SUBURBIA. También se encuentra cerca de autoservicio como farmacias guadalajara, super iberia, similares, oxxo, 7/24, modelhogar,entre otros.
Un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir.
I love the subdivision for your safety and your kindness when entering. It is in a good location near WALMART, Sam's CLUB and SUBURBIA. It is also close to self-service pharmacies like guadalajara, super iberia, similars, oxxo, 7/24, modelhogar, among others.
A very quiet place to live.
