★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar tranquilo, para llegar hay muchos baches en todo el camino, los guardias a veces no están y otras veces no te dejan pasar sin identificación ( es una o la otra) dentro es más pacifico, hay pocas tiendas y solo una papelería cerca de la primaria y una carniceria, a la hora de la salida de los niños, de las escuelas, es difícil transitar. Las casas no están muy bien hechas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal en cuestión de drenaje dentro del fraccionamiento si cuenta con drenaje pero de qué sirve si no hay conexión al drenaje municipal, por lo que en la parte de atrás de la segunda etapa dónde están las canchas se sale el drenaje inundando hasta las casas. Huele muy mal y no solo el olor es un foco de infección para todos. Desgraciadamente ni el municipio ni el fraccionamiento ha puesto solución a esto NO ES TEMPORAL puesto que desde que entregaron las casas ha persistido el problema .
Super bad in a matter of drainage within the subdivision if it has drainage but what is the use if there is no connection to the municipal drainage, so in the back of the second stage where the courts are, the drainage is flooded to the houses. It smells really bad and not only the smell is a source of infection for everyone. Unfortunately, neither the municipality nor the subdivision has put a solution to this. IT IS NOT TEMPORARY, since the problem has persisted since the houses were delivered.
