★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bonito el fraccionamiento. Los vecinos son muy lindos y hay una buena comunidad. Los guardias son los que le quitan todo lo ameno: son groseros, irrespetuosos y les da flojera hacer su trabajo. Tampoco está padre el hecho de que el parque no está cercado porque si hay niños corriendo, si juegas con una pelota o paseas a tu perro corren el riesgo de enfrentarse a un auto. Además, se me hace muy absurdo que no puedas iluminar tu casa con focos del color que quieras. Hay muy poco espacio para estacionarse. Afuera puedes encontrar de todo: restaurantes, tiendas, abarrotes, etc.
The subdivision is very nice. The neighbors are very nice and there is a good community. The guards are the ones who take away everything enjoyable: they are rude, disrespectful and lazy to do their job. The fact that the park is not fenced is also not cool because if there are children running, if you play with a ball or walk your dog they run the risk of facing a car. In addition, I find it very absurd that you cannot illuminate your house with spotlights of the color you want. There is very little space to park. Outside you can find everything: restaurants, shops, groceries, etc.
