Es un sitio bastante tranquilo, sus calles son suficientemente grandes para que los vecinos no tengan problemas de espacio, cuenta con un área verde extensa donde la gente que reside aquí aprovecha para sus actividades deportivas o de recreación donde cada uno puede tener su propio espacio para desenvolverse, también se encuentra en el interior del fracc. Una ermita que ha sido posible a la cooperación de los feligreses, por último y no menos importante el Super MAF, una tienda con gran reputación dentro del fracciónamiento y fuera también ya que cuenta con servicio a domicilio el cual tiene alcance hasta lagunas, por lo que mucha gente opta por pedir todo por teléfono en ese local.

Por lo que es propenso a sufrir a causa del flujo de agua.
