★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar de la Quinta María Martha incluye la construcción de una casa amplia de cuatro recámaras, alberca y amplios jardines. Lamentablemente, el mantenimiento a las instalaciones no se ha dado, consecuentemente alrededor de un cincuenta porciento se encuentra disfuncional. No hubo gas, por lo que no hubo agua caliente, ni estufa. La iluminación fue deficiente en algunas áreas: estuvimos a oscuras en la sala y una recámara. Un baño, de los dos en la casa, se canceló debido a la fuga de agua. No hubo servicio de Wifi. Sin embargo, nada como recibir la casa con sábanas y fundas para almohadas sucias. No creo bueno recomendar alquilar la casa.
The site of Quinta María Martha includes the construction of a spacious four-bedroom house, a pool and extensive gardens. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the facilities has not been given, consequently around fifty percent are dysfunctional. There was no gas, so there was no hot water, no stove. The lighting was poor in some areas: we were in the dark in the living room and one bedroom. One bathroom, of the two in the house, was canceled due to the water leak. There was no Wifi service. However, nothing like welcoming you home with dirty sheets and pillowcases. I don't think it's good to recommend renting the house.
