★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento que se encuentra antes de Jardines de Sauceda. A pesar de que se encuentra rodeado de una colonia de muy bajos recursos y de otros fraccionamientos en construcción, me parece que la zona mejorará en años próximos.
