Corroboro mi comentario. Ya llevo 6 meses viviendo en Santa Fé y la verdad la calidad de las casa hay aquú, al menos la mia, le están saliendo infinidad de defectos debido a los materiales tan de baja calidad que utilizan y a la nula supervisión de profesionales en la construcción, pero pués ya estamos aquí y no hay marcha atrás.

I corroborate my comment. I have been living in Santa Fé for 6 months and the truth is that the quality of the houses here, at least mine, is having an infinite number of defects due to the low-quality materials they use and the lack of supervision from construction professionals, but then we are here and there is no going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para vivir, los terrenos de las casas son de buen tamaño, las vialidades conectan rápido a avenidas principales (centro, libramiento) lo malo son los constructores que venden las casas, las garantías son un fraude ninguna alineada con PROFECO, Ojo con quien compran.
Good place to live, the land of the houses are of a good size, the roads connect quickly to main avenues (downtown, bypass) the bad thing is the builders who sell the houses, the guarantees are a fraud, none aligned with PROFECO, Be careful with whom they buy.
