★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento bastante grande, aunque solo se ha construido muy poco del área, además hay edificaciones a medio construir, deteriorándose paulatinamente, dan mal aspecto al espacio. No tiene ninguna ruta de colectivos y su sistema de recolección de basura está paupérrimo, existen unos contenedores de basura improvisados con botes y tambos. A pesar que la gente sigue edificando y reconstruyendo fachadas no es muy atractivo el fraccionamiento.
La iluminación es prácticamente nula en la única vía de comunicación que tiene.

It is a fairly large subdivision, although only very little of the area has been built, there are also half-built buildings, gradually deteriorating, giving the space a bad appearance. It does not have any bus routes and its garbage collection system is very poor, there are some improvised garbage containers with cans and drums. Although people continue to build and rebuild facades, the subdivision is not very attractive.
The lighting is practically nil in the only way of communication it has.
