★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de agua es con pipas no da fecha para que la cea proporcione el servicio, esto es terrible, yo vivo aquí y cuando compre me dijeron que pronto habría servicio regular y no es cierto.......súper arrepentida de comprar aquí....
 The water service is with pipes, it does not give a date for the cea to provide the service, this is terrible, I live here and when I bought they told me that there would be regular service soon and it is not true ....... super sorry to buy here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Departamentos de 2 recamaras amplias caben camas king , un baño y los entregan con cocina y closets muy bonitos y amplios , todos tienen patio con lavadero , estan en Los Olvera muy cerca de Constituyentes , 1 millón +- depende el terreno ?
Apartments with 2 spacious bedrooms fit king beds, a bathroom and they are delivered with a kitchen and very nice and spacious closets, they all have a patio with a laundry room, they are in Los Olvera very close to Constituyentes, 1 million + - depends on the land terreno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son departamentos que te venden con la idea de casas aunque por la distribución y el tamaño valen un poco la pena, si estás buscando para poder vivir/invertir yo te sugeriría que vieras otras opciones antes de hacer un movimiento. La construcción ya tiene su tiempo y las que están vendiendo se ve que tiene por lo menos unos 3 años.
They are apartments that sell you with the idea of houses, although because of the distribution and size they are worth a bit, if you are looking to live / invest I would suggest you see other options before making a move. The construction already has its time and those that are selling it is seen that it is at least 3 years old.
