En tema de escrituracion y servicios no tuve ningún problema.
By far the best subdivision in San Juan del Río, it has an excellent location and houses with very good designs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta súper tranquilo el fraccionamiento, al fin pude escriturar y me agradan las áreas verdes. Los vigilantes del fraccionamiento son muy atentos y me mostraron como monitorean el fraccionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex is well-located. Now it is almost 100% sold, with the final lots sold at an increase of 50% per sq. meter. (From $4000 to $6000 per M2). In my opinion, there is little green area and the 300 lots/houses are too close together.
Maybe the 2nd stage, only 100 lots, will be more ecological and spacious.
