F	Fraanck Moraalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un fraccionamiento bonito pero desgraciadamente siempre sufren con el desabasto de agua, y tú como residente no puedes hacer mejoras a la fachada (herrería principalmente) ya que según todas deben seguir un modelo apesar de que tú ya eres dueño. A beautiful subdivision but unfortunately they always suffer from a shortage of water, and you as a resident cannot make improvements to the facade (mainly blacksmithing) since according to all they must follow a model even though you already own it.
V	V Musa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó! El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo, limpio con bonitas instalaciones y buena seguridad. Bien ubicado porque afuera hay de prácticamente todo para comprar. Los vigilantes son muy amables. Lo malo es que para estacionar un carro no hay suficientes lugares o no están bien distribuidos. I liked! M	Marcos soto barboza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para vivir, ambiente agradable muy pocas personas casas habitadas aun, lugar cerrado con vigilancia las 24 horas, cuenta con una cancha de fútbol rápido con cesped artificial, se espera una casa club y juegos para niños ademas de areas verdes, el lugar aún no esta terminado solo hay alrededor de 100 departamentos de un total de 512 previstos, en mi opinión me parece muy un lugar atractivo estéticamente debido a las reglas del lugar que prohíben tender ropa a la vista ya que en los departamentos da muy mal aspecto, tratan de cuidar esa cuestión, esperemos que así se mantenga en cuanto a los demás aspectos me parece bien el lugar, esperemos se mantenga esa estética. C	Cristian Hdez Patlani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento sendero es un conjunto habitacional de departamentos con 2 recamaras, cada edificio cuenta con 4 o 5 departamentos, dentro de cada departamento hay; sala comedor, baño completo y cocina. los departamentos son pequeños, lo suficiente para familias pequeñas, el ambiente vecinal es bueno (al menos en mi caso), falta ser un poco más rigurosos para que se cumplan correctamente los lineamientos del reglamento, en áreas públicas se cuenta con cancha de fútbol, y según la constructora la promesa de un salón de usos múltiples (¿hasta cuando? Quien sabe). En seguridad se cuenta con guardias (2 por turno) hay una persona encargada de la jardinería y una administradora.
