★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien hechas las casas,pero no tienen suficiente terreno en e patio,literal abres la puerta corrediza del patio y ves la pared a 2 pasos,ojo con los planos.
The houses are well made, but they don't have enough land in the patio, you literally open the sliding patio door and see the wall 2 steps away, be careful with the plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejoro demasiado, pensé que era una mala idea después de comprarla pero con la casa es muy buena como consejo si la casa llega a tener algún desperfecto no firmes hasta que te lo arreglen, ya cuenta con acceso controlado y está muy tranquilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba a comprar casa aqui pero te lo venden que es apodaca despues en las escrituras dice pesquería eso no te lo dicen y un amigo compro con ellos me recomendo que no comprará con esa constructora ya que una vez que te venden la casa se deslindan de todo problema posterior y pasas a ser completamente ignorado por ellos
I was going to buy a house here but they sell it to you which is apodaca later in the deeds it says fishery they don't tell you that and a friend bought with them he recommended that he not buy with that construction company since once they sell you the house they disclaim everything later problem and you become completely ignored by them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto mi casa excelente construcción.cómo va iniciando puedes ver el proceso casi completo . La zona muy tranquila .había leído malos comentarios y había dudado en comprar aquí pero fue la mejor desicion que tomé . La casa es más amplia que todas las que vi de otros fraccionamientos.
I loved my house, excellent construction. How is it starting? You can see the almost complete process. The area is very quiet. I had read bad comments and had hesitated to buy here but it was the best decision I made. The house is larger than all the ones I saw in other subdivisions.
