★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos tienen paredes que parecen de Papel. Todo se escucha, para darles una idea, se alcanza a escuchar cuando el teléfono del vecino vibra. Tuve problemas en mi departamento y al reportarlos la Arq. se porto súper grosera y ni lograron terminar los desperfectos con los que me entregaron mi depto. SIN DUDA LA PEOR INVERSION QUE HE HECHO.
 The apartments have walls that look like paper. Everything is heard, to give you an idea, you can hear when the neighbor's phone vibrates. I had problems in my apartment and when I reported them, the architect was super rude and they didn't even manage to finish the damage with which they gave me my apartment. WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esa zona carecen de agua, problemas de drenaje y mas aun el municipio no da soluciones para tantas viviendas multifamiliar, disturbios con las constructoras, pues no hicieron convenios con el propio municipio. carece de guarnición petonal para accesar a los conjuntos.
