★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si llueve Se va la luz a cada rato junto con el internet y si no llueve también ? tienes que pagar 300 por que el portón te deje salir y no los guardias, cosa que es innecesaria. A cada rato se meten a robar a las casas que están por barda y si veo que no respetan casi nada. Me refiero a vecinos ruidosos o que no quieren a los animales. Te queda lejos todo y el acceso de salida para salir a las avenidas es un show porque tienes a un montón de trailers queriendo salir por la calle principal que hay como 4 fábricas que la cag...
No hay seguridad no paga a por eso!! Pagas porque te abra la puerta el portón lento y tener algo verde al entrar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un fraccionamiento cerrado como muchos otros, pero a diferencia de los demás, en este las áreas comunes son de muy buena calidad, parques, andadores, jardines, luminarias, etc. El mantenimiento que se realiza en verdad mantiene el lugar bello y acogedor. Lo único malo es el acceso a visitantes que es un poco lento porque es un solo carril y la colonia es muy grande.
A closed subdivision like many others, but unlike the others, in this the common areas are of very good quality, parks, walkers, gardens, luminaries, etc. The maintenance that is done really keeps the place beautiful and cozy. The only bad thing is the access to visitors that is a bit slow because it is a single lane and the colony is very large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una privada muy buena, hay todavía casas en construcción, yo rente una casa ahí por unos días y si es muy tranquilo Y agradable , pero como el aeropuerto está muy cerca cada rato se escuchan los aviones partir.
