Las casas tienen material excelente, son bastante térmicas, los baños son muy bonitos; las casas son de lo mejor construídas.
Sin embargo, lo malo es que la maquiladora que está a un costado, hace un ruido horrible día y noche, debes tener las ventanas cerradas todo el tiempo.
Y lo peor, la maquiladora todo el tiempo está lanzando vapor a presión, y cae agua; ensucia mucho los vehículos al exterior, e inclusive se siente como llovizna.
Yo no lo recomiendo, la maquiladora lo arruinó.
I rented a house in this subdivision.
The houses have excellent material, they are quite thermal, the bathrooms are very nice; the houses are the best built.
However, the bad thing is that the maquiladora next door makes a horrible noise day and night, you must have the windows closed all the time.
And the worst, the maquiladora is constantly releasing pressurized steam, and water falls; it makes the vehicles very dirty outside, and even feels like drizzle.
I do not recommend it, the maquiladora ruined it.
