No es fácil acceder, por lo que podría decirse que se encuentra aislado (se accede a pie a unos 20 minutos del centro de Cuautlancingo, en coche está difícil porque el camino sigue siendo terracería y solo dos rutas de transporte llegan hasta allá).
Es un buen lugar para comenzar a echar raíces, aunque las escuelas y centros comerciales están a 10-15 minutos pudiendo complicar la rutina. Hasta el momento no ha habido conflictos con el agua, a pesar de ser una zona en donde a los fraccionamientos se les va constantemente.
It has security and organization among neighbors against possible threats. It is not easy to access, so it could be said that it is isolated (it is accessed on foot about 20 minutes from the center of Cuautlancingo, by car it is difficult because the road is still dirt roads and only two transport routes reach there).
It is a good place to start taking root, although schools and shopping centers are 10-15 minutes away and can complicate the routine. So far there have been no conflicts with water, despite being an area where subdivisions are constantly leaving.
