★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se aprecia un fraccionamiento ordenado y bastante seguro. Hay construcciones que ya pasaron los mas fuertes sismos registrados en últimos tiempos en Puebla y sus construcciones resistieron sin consecuencias. Eso da confianza de la forma constructiva utilizada.
