★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es excelente. No eh tenido problemas de ningún tipo y siempre son atentos con las dudas. Te explican y facilitan todos los trámites y la certeza de legalidad de los terrenos es buena. Le doy 4 estrellas por la razón de que el fraccionamiento no tendrá instalaciones subterráneas pero no pondrán de internet por lo que Telmex va a terminan poniendo postes en todo como se acostumbra. De igual manera la plusvalía del terreno es alta y el precio es congelado por lo que la inflación ayudará con el tiempo.
The customer service is excellent. I have not had problems of any kind and they are always attentive to doubts. They explain and facilitate all the procedures and the certainty of the legality of the land is good. I give it 4 stars for the reason that the subdivision will not have underground facilities but they will not have internet, so Telmex will end up putting poles in everything as usual. In the same way, the capital gain of the land is high and the price is frozen, so inflation will help over time.
