Muy propio para personas culturales, pensionados y con características con amor por la naturaleza:animales, vegetación y mucho respeto a la comunidad. Aunque no viable para los jóvenes en edad de estudiar y trabajar.Solo éstas personas lo pueden disfrutar en fin de semana,días festivos y vacaciones.
