Los actuales dueños de estos los quieren vender muy bien
Pero ya cuentan con deteriodo de tiempo y resaltan algunos detalles ocultos de la constructora y el que la adquiera terminara pagando una propiedad que requiere de mucho mantenimiento por el tiempo que ha estado sin ser utilizada, en lo personal a mi no se me hace atractivo. Aclaro mi punto de vista.
Nice apartments but when you want to buy, you have to check many things
The current owners of these want to sell them very well
But they already have deteriorated time and some hidden details of the construction company stand out and whoever acquires it will end up paying a property that requires a lot of maintenance for the time that it has been without being used, personally I do not find it attractive. I clarify my point of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy abandonado y descuidado, creo que el municipio no ayuda mucho pero como vecinos deberían mejorar sus áreas y cuidarlas, esperemos se empeñen un poquito pues pintaba para ser un buen fraccionamiento pero lo bandalizaron muy feo aparte de que encuentras mucha casa abandonada, vacía y les rentan a cualquier persona que llega a hacer destrozos
The place is very abandoned and neglected, I think that the municipality does not help much but as neighbors they should improve their areas and take care of them, hopefully they work a little because it painted to be a good subdivision but they bandalized it very ugly apart from the fact that you find a lot of abandoned house, empty and rented to anyone who comes to do damage
