1	123 123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo adquirir una casa en esta colonia, las casas duplex que son mas del 60% tienen problemas con el agua (la presión en las tuberías es mala y por lo tanto no se llena el tinaco), la energía eléctrica (la infraestructura esta mal organizada y el exceso de casas habitaciones sobrepasa la capacidad de suministro eléctrico), construcción (la construcción de las casas no son las adecuadas al valor en que se ofertan, los bloques son huecos y los ruidos, conversaciones, gritos, etc. Se pueden escuchar de ambos lados, las tuberías tienen fugas de las cuales la constructora no se hace responsable a partir del día que te dan las llaves de tu "departamento", aplicando algunos términos de eco tecnologías te otorgan focos de luz los cuales fallan la primera semana sin posibilidad de cambio, las paredes están recubiertas con un pasado que protege contra el calor de las temporadas de altas temperaturas (es un terminado horrible que se cae al lavarse o hasta con el mínimo roce, en caso de no hacer nada de lo anterior tu casa estará siempre empolvada o con residuos en alimentos, los pisos en general y lozas del baño tienden a levantarse por sí mismas en un tiempo de 1 - 2 años y como un plus en temporada de lluvia las paredes tienen filtración de agua por la puerta principal, ventanales y con algo de suerte en las paredes de la cocina. En fin estas casas son una mala inversión para adquirir por los muchos problemas que se presentan en los primeros meses.
