★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un paraíso, excelente lugar para invertir, es un lugar donde el clima es más cálido que Cocoyoc, hay mucha agua, mucha vegetación, se dan todo tipo de árboles frutales, a pie de carretera, fácil acceso desde la carretera de cuota, en temporada alta no se congestiona como otros lugares.
Si quieres vivir en un paraíso este es el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar tranquilo para descansar los fines de semana, hay diferentes casas en renta (varía el precio desde 3,500) y todas cuentan con alberca. Tienen todos los servicios, cuenta con seguridad y lo mejor es que entre mayo y junio se pueden bajar ricos mangos de los arboles.
Aun existe fauna local lo que significa que podrás oír a las cigarras por la noche o encontrarte un alacrán (no tan seguido), mariposas, libélulas, mapaches, lagartijas...
Hay servicio a domicilio de una tiendita cercana a buen precio.
No es de fácil acceso si llegas en transporte público.
