★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un excelente lugar para vivir, muy tranquilo, muchas áreas verdes, las personas del comité, muy amables, el mantenimiento no es caro, la ubicación es excelente hay camiones, hacia el centro de Apodaca y centro de Monterrey, esta sobre una carretera principal, a pesar de estar cerca de un arroyo , no hemos tenido problemas con el, las casas son amplias y el terreno de las mismas también.
