★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bastante tranquilo y con una buena vista en la parte alta de sus edificios. Instalamos un cancel de baño y la seguridad fue excesiva, fuera de eso todo bien, gente bonita y amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la nueva administración se puso mucho mejor! Tenemos luz, tenemos agua, los jardines estan bonitos, sin contar que hay vigilantes!!! Todo excelente. Pd: últimamente quienes se quejan son morosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy tranquilo, los niños los dejan salir con seguridad y todo, pero los carros pasan muy rápido, pudiendo ocasionar un grave accidente, eso sin contar que no tenemos juegos infantiles, prometieron ponerlos y siempre no, la seguridad deja mucho que desear, ya que, hay una valla de no mas de 1.7mts. Se estanca el agua en los descansos de las escaleras, no se cuenta con muchos servicios, a menos que les llames (gas,agua,pizzerías, etc). Las personas que pusieron maravillas de este fraccionamiento son los mismos vendedores, así que, si vas a comprar, mejor acercate con la gente que ya vive aquí, y te contaran su experiencia, eso sin contar con los miles de desperfectos, que las áreas la limpian sólo sábado o domingo, y de lunes a viernes hay basura, y que solo "limpian" por donde ve la suegra. Pero eso si, los vecinos muy amables y se apoyan en todo, y mas cuando el vigilante dejo entrar a un señor que se orinó en uno de los departamentos de planta baja, que venia ebrio y traía un auto con placas del df.
