★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendaría del todo trabajar aquí. Te niegan vacaciones (cosa que no es legal) La gran mayoría de sus Líderes son unos incompetentes. Te llaman la atención por no portar la careta cuando ellos mismos ni las usan. Aveces se retrasan en el pago de tiempo extra, RH tarda demasiado en darte solución a tus problemas. Nuevamente los líderes son unos incompetentes al hacer su trabajo.
Lo único "bueno" es que la paga es relativamente buena comparado con lo que haces como operador.
I would not fully recommend working here. They deny you vacations (which is not legal) The vast majority of their Leaders are incompetent. They call your attention for not wearing the mask when they do not even wear them. Sometimes they are late in paying overtime, RH takes too long to solve your problems. Again, leaders are incompetent in doing their jobs.
The only "good" thing is that the pay is relatively good compared to what you do as an operator.
