★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención hacia el cliente, especialmente la chica de brackets. Se tardan en darte el producto (entre tres personas con un solo cliente) y te dan el producto"escurrido" de la esencia. ¡Muy mal!
Poor customer service, especially the girl in braces. They take time to give you the product (between three people with a single client) and they give you the "drained" product of the essence. Very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho sus perfumes. Es una tienda muy chiquita. El problema es que a cada rato se les descompone el detector de huellas y depende quién atienda el servicio que dan pues hay una señorita muy amable y otra lo contrario.

Hace dos años fui y las chicas que atendían entonces fueron sumamente groseras y prepotentes, además el perfume que compré no olía mucho, por eso dejé de ir.
Hoy quise darle una nueva oportunidad y resultó peor.
Los perfumes que compré no olían como se supone deberían, otra vez.
Siempre compro los mismos y generalmente en las mismas franquicias, por eso me percaté que el aroma no era el adecuado, no era el de siempre.
Regresé para ver qué solución me podían dar y las chicas que atienden se aferraron a que los perfumes sí olían aun cuando era evidente que no y se justificaban diciendo que el problema era yo pues ya estaba acostumbrada al olor, por eso ya no lo percibía jaja ¿Qué raro que sólo me pase con su tienda, no? Porque nunca en ninguna otra he tenido el mismo problema.
Desde que me estaban rellenando los perfumes noté la esencia muy liquida y no aceitosa como está en otras franquicias, pero confíe y hasta llegar a mi domicilio noté el robo. Supongo que rebajan sus esencias y por eso el aroma es imperceptible.
Les sugiero no vayan. Mejor busquen otra tienda que sí atienda a sus clientes como se debe.
The worst franchise I have ever been to in Fraiche.
Two years ago I went and the girls who were attending then were extremely rude and arrogant, also the perfume I bought didn't smell much, that's why I stopped going.
Today I wanted to give him a new chance and it turned out worse.
The perfumes I bought didn't smell like they were supposed to, again.
I always buy the same ones and generally in the same franchises, that's why I realized that the aroma was not adequate, it was not the same as always.
I went back to see what solution they could give me and the girls who serve clung to the fact that the perfumes did smell even when it was evident that they did not and they justified themselves saying that the problem was me because I was already used to the smell, that's why I no longer perceived it haha How strange that it only happens to me with your store, no? Because I have never had the same problem in any other.
Since I was filling the perfumes I noticed the very liquid and non-oily essence as it is in other franchises, but trust and until I reached my home I noticed the theft. I suppose they lower their essences and that is why the aroma is imperceptible.
I suggest you not go. Better find another store that does serve its customers as it should.
