★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suc. Villa Coapa, hay tres empleados y solo se abocan a atender a los clientes q tienen membresía. Los tres atendiendo a un solo cliente y uno les reclama que atiendan a los demás y se enojan y cuando llegó mi turno, muy déspota la señorita.?
 Suc. Villa Coapa, there are three employees and they only serve clients who have membership. The three attending to a single client and one demands that they attend to the others and they get angry and when my turn came, the lady was very despotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena la atención pero mal dada la información... primero te dan un precio y después te terminan dando otro que se eleva hasta el 100% y te argumentan que lo tienes que pagar afuerza porque si no ellas tienen que terminar pagando porque ya hicieron la nota... y te lo dicen así "ni modo flaco lo tienes que pagar porque si no a nosotras nos lo cobran" pos que se los cobren!!
The attention is very good but the information is poorly given ... first they give you a price and then they end up giving you another that rises to 100% and they argue that you have to pay for it because otherwise they have to end up paying because they already did. the note ... and they tell you like this "no skinny way you have to pay it because if not they charge us" so they charge them !!

Excellent service, I didn't know what kind of aroma I liked, they supported me and I found a great one, in addition to having seasonal packages, the Christmas one is very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la atención actual del personal. Los chico@s atienden y se dan el tiempo para poder mostrar la fragancias y así poder decir cual queda mejor en tu piel.
I like the current attention of the staff. The guys attend and take the time to show the fragrances and thus be able to say which one looks best on your skin.
