★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad es buena, hasta ahora son los pasteles que más me gustan de Pachuca, salvo que los colorantes que utilizan tienen un sabor un poco desagradable (no todos lo perciben). No trabajan el fondant, pero el sabor es tan bueno que vale la pena sacrificar el diseño y decoración. He probado pasteles de fondant y por dentro saben a gansito. Mil veces prefiero los de esta pastelería.
The quality is good, so far they are the pastries that I like the most from Pachuca, except that the dyes they use have a somewhat unpleasant flavor (not everyone perceives it). The fondant doesn't work, but the taste is so good that it's worth sacrificing design and decor. I have tried fondant cakes and inside they taste like transit. A thousand times I prefer those of this pastry.

Y dejó en claro que no por ser pastelería francesa, si no más bien es por el producto que ofrecen, es decir los pasteles son muy deliciosos, bien hechos, en el interior del mismo son jugosos que no empalaga, correcto nivel de azúcar. Mi preferido es el pastel de zarzamora con queso, sin embargo me he dado gratas y suculentas sorpresas en los pasteles sabor a chocolate, capuchino, tres leches. El negocio también ofrece gelatinas diferentes presentaciones ... Altamente recomendable.
