Una vez terminada la carrera profesional de la Dra Maira Alejandra Franco Rodríguez en la universidad Intercontinental de la ciudad de México para el año 2011, toma la iniciativa de emprender con su primer consultorio identificado como Odontología Estética e Integral, ofreciendo todas las especialidades odontológicas. Con el paso del tiempo y la dinámica del sector dental se toma la decisión de ampliar el portafolio de servicios de la clínica en belleza y estética dental, facial y corporal, renovando para el año 2016 la marca a Franca Sonrisa “Estética y Belleza”.
