★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Después de hora y media de esperar mi orden, llamé de nuevo y me dijeron que no podían entregar que si quería pasara a recogerla. Entiendo que a veces hay inconvenientes pero pudieron avisar ya que te piden tu num de teléfono, además la manera en que contestan en muy grosera. No recomiendo en absoluto esa sucursal!
Terrible service!!! After an hour and a half of waiting for my order, I called again and they told me that they could not deliver if I wanted to come and pick it up. I understand that sometimes there are inconveniences but they were able to notify you since they ask for your phone number, in addition to the way they answer in very rude. I do not recommend that branch at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡De lo peor! Hoy pedí una pizza a las 5:30, nos comunicaron que estaban un poquito llenos, lo cual entendimos. Sin embargo dieron las 7:30 y no llegaban, marcamos para preguntar y nos dijeron que nuestra orden nunca fue cancelada porque se les descompusieron las 2 motos de los repartidores (lo cual habla de su calidad de servicio y cuidado) le comunicamos nuestra molestia ya que si accedemos a esta, se supone que es "Comida rápida" y al decirle que no era justo (nos hubiera marcado o prevenido), nos colgó sin ninguna solución y atención al cliente. Normalmente compramos en otro sucursal, pero desde hoy no volvemos a comprar ahí.
Of the worst! Today I ordered a pizza at 5:30, they told us that they were a little full, which we understood. Literalmente te atiende puro niño, y tardan mucho en traer cosas, no tenían ni aderezos mucho menos capsu.
