★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He hido varias veces a comer en el establecimiento y he pedido para llevar. pero está última vez que acudí, me sirvieron una ensalada con todos los ingredientes pasados, estaba incomible. Los baños estaban muy sucios, no tenían agua. Y para colmo una cucaracha a nada de distancia de los alimentos. El comentario es para que mejoren y puedan solucionarlo ya que las pizzas me agradan.
I have eaten at the establishment several times and have ordered take out. But this last time I went, they served me a salad with all the old ingredients, it was inedible. The bathrooms were very dirty, they had no water. And to top it all, a cockroach not far from food. The comment is for them to improve and they can solve it since I like the pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francachela Pizzería, es una pena que ofrezcan pizzas gourmet con cucarachas como ingredientes y más aun que sus soluciones a este tipo de cosas sean "reponer la pizza" y un 15% de descuento en la siguiente compra. En serio creen que me quedan ganas de comerme una pizza de ustedes??? y más creen que voy a volver a comprar una pizza o cualquier otro producto como para poder usar ese 15% de descuento que ofrecen. En mi vida vuelvo a comprar pizzas de Francachela. Por último, el problema de las cucarachas en sus pizzas POR SUPUESTO que es algo que ustedes pueden y deben controlar!!!
Francachela Pizzeria, it is a shame that they offer gourmet pizzas with cockroaches as ingredients and even more so that their solutions to this type of thing are "to replace the pizza" and a 15% discount on the next purchase. Do you really think that I still want to eat a pizza from you ??? and more believe that I am going to buy a pizza or any other product again to be able to use that 15% discount they offer. In my life I go back to buy pizzas from Francachela. Finally, the problem of cockroaches in your pizzas OF COURSE is something that you can and should control !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lamentable, 3 horas y 15 minutos para recibir 2 pizzas en mi domicilio, estoy escribiendo esto a las 7 de la tarde... Lo peor es que el chico de la moto no traía placas y pues no pudo entrar a entregarlas por seguridad del conjunto habitacional, además de que anda solo trabajando él y en el what's nomás echándole la culpa, diciendo que tuvo un percance... Que descuido de la empresa traer a su repartidor sin su identificación vehicular. Y para rematar, una pizza quemada, fría y paseada por toda la ciudad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi servicio a domicilio pizza grande , me pareció una ración pequeña y con poca piña y jamon, y un poquito quemada, pir 225 pesos, hay otras opciones mejores por ese precio, buen sabor al menos
I ordered home delivery large pizza, I thought it was a small portion and with little pineapple and ham, and a little burned, pir 225 pesos, there are other better options for that price, good flavor at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenas, aunque me parece podrían mejorar un poco el precio. También me parece fabuloso que tengan servicio de entrega a domicilio (no solo Rapi u otras apps)
They are good, although I think they could improve the price a little. I also find it fabulous that they have a home delivery service (not just Rapi or other apps)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice pedido a domicilio según en promoción de 2X1, me llegó muy poco producto, sus precios son muy altos para lo que ofrecen y aparte me mandaron quemada la comida. NO LOS RECOMIENDO. No volvería a comprar.
I ordered at home according to the 2X1 promotion, I received very little product, their prices are very high for what they offer and apart from that they sent me the food burned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I wouldn't buy again.
