Pero Pésimo Servicio no había servilletas ni pizza , no culpo a los meseros, pero al gerente CORRANLOOO . En la hora que estuve vi desfilar un montón de gente que se Hiba por falta de pizza y de atención. Que tristeza de veras :( Excellent location, good seasoning of the wings, good promotion. But Terrible Service there were no napkins or pizza, I do not blame the servers, but the manager CORRANLOOO. Llegamos al lugar y había varios meseros desocupados (nadie se acercó) a la media hora nos atendieron, antes del "hola" fue un "no tenemos esto y aquello" las porciones de pizza son muy pequeñas, las bebidas caras. Tuvimos que estar preguntando a cada rato por nuestros pedidos y el mesero siempre actuó sorprendido o como que no se acordaba de nuestra orden. Incluso le pedimos a un mesero por un vaso con hielo, tardó tanto que el hielo llegó hecho agua helada. No sé si los empleados andan drogados en horario laboral, pero eso pareciera. Se enfocan más en jugar y en andar distraídos que otra cosa. Terrible service. Desafortunadamente no contaban con varias de las cosas que ofrecen en el menú. En relación precio/tamaño de la pizza, en Guanajuato se pueden encontrar opciones más baratas, de mayor tamaño y mejor sabor. I liked the setting of the place, the young lady who attended us was very kind. The pizza tastes good, the dough is thin and its preparation was quick. Unfortunately they did not have several of the things that they offer on the menu. In relation price / size of the pizza, in Guanajuato you can find cheaper options, larger and better taste.

About an hour after we ordered we asked and the waitress said our pizza was coming. We waited another 45 minutes until we decided to leave. We were walking out and the waitress ran after us because we had one bottle of water that we hadn’t paid for. It was at this point that the waitress told us they had run out of dough. But why? Why makes us wait until we were so upset we decided to leave to tell us there our order was never coming? Just to be clear we paid for the water when she asked, but by the time we left most restaurants were closed or closing soon.
