★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta Francisca, siempre que voy ahí me atienden súper bien, cuidan todos los detalles, por fin encontré un lugar en qro con empleadas estables que siempre me ponen súper bien el gélish por que siempre me pasaba que en otros lugares el gelish maltrataba mis uñas o me dejaban disparejas las uñas y aquí no, el lugar hermoso, súper buena música, excelente atención! Ahhh y hacen el mejor microblanding que he visto, solo en Francisca dejo que toque mis cejas!
 I love Francisca, whenever I go there they take care of me super well, they take care of all the details, I finally found a place in qro with stable employees who always put Gelish super good for me because it always happened to me that in other places the gelish mistreated my nails or they left my nails uneven and not here, the beautiful place, super good music, excellent attention! Ahhh and they do the best microblanding I have ever seen, only in Francisca do I let him touch my eyebrows!

La primera me hice gelish; tuve que regresar al día siguiente a que me lo arreglaran pues se había despegado por un mal trabajo.
Hoy, a pesar de haber tenido cita junto con un acompañante, tuve que esperar 50 minutos hasta que tuvieran tiempo de atenderme.
Las citas deben respetarse o en caso de que exista alguna complicación deberían avisar o tener una atención con el cliente.
Desafortunadamente tuve que esperar porque a mi acompañante la pasaron 10 minutos después de nuestra cita (un hora razonable).
Definitivamente no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo.

The first I became gelish; I had to return the next day to have it fixed as it had taken off due to a bad job.
Today, despite having an appointment together with a companion, I had to wait 50 minutes until they had time to attend to me.
Appointments must be respected or in the event of any complications, they should notify or have a customer service.
Unfortunately I had to wait because my companion spent 10 minutes after our appointment (a reasonable hour).
I definitely won't be back and don't recommend it.

Espere 10 min porque llegue antes, me intente comunicar y nada 9:20 me retire obvio molesta porque me hicieron perder mi tiempo y me mandan audio que la chica tiene una vida y que todos tenemos una vidad jajaja . Obvio lo que molesta es la falta de atencion, el que no te contesten para decirte que llegaran tarde ... pesimo
