There are more than 5. Seems the oldest is Saucillo, not well known.
Our favorite isTilaco.
If you really want a beautiful ride in the area try Bucarelli. We drove from Pinal de Amoles, incredible views. You go down the mountains about 5,000 ft to a beautiful mission. We took the long route back through San Joaquin,I suggest 4x4. The views are unforgettable. 32 kms and elevation differential of over 5,000 ft.
