★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El valor catastral de las casas es del 10% de su valor comercial, no se hacen responsables de garantías, las áreas comunes no son entregadas correctamente, hasta la fecha permanece la actitud de mentir y dividir a la comunidad. Nosotros venimos buscando lo que ofrecen en su publicidad pero la realidad es muy lejana a eso. Confíamos en la Inmobiliaria y nos sigue negando la entrega correcta de nuestras áreas comunes. Hasta la fecha están abandonadas la seguridad y el mantenimiento del Fraccionamiento. Ya hay invasión en los terrenos aledaños que generan inseguridad y tiraderos irregulares que incluso ponen en peligro nuestra salud. Insisten en su narrativa absurda de que tenemos interés en "administrar" cuando solamente exigimos que se cumpla nuestro estatuo y régimen condominal que por cierto nos han ocultado. Sus mentiras seguirán cayendo porque solamente nos interesa el bienestar de nuestras familias.
The cadastral value of the houses is 10% of their commercial value, they are not responsible for guarantees, the common areas are not delivered correctly, to date the attitude of lying and dividing the community remains. We have been looking for what they offer in their advertising but the reality is very far from that. We trust the Real Estate and it continues to deny us the correct delivery of our common areas. To date, the security and maintenance of the Fractionation have been abandoned. There is already an invasion in the surrounding land that generates insecurity and irregular dumps that even endanger our health. They insist on their absurd narrative that we have an interest in "managing" when we only demand that our statute and condominium regime be fulfilled, which by the way they have hidden from us. Their lies will continue to fall because we are only interested in the well-being of our families.
