★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN EN LÍNEA!! Hace un mes compré en su sitio y no dan respuesta de mi pedido. Se suponía que en 10 días hábiles me llegaba. Al principio parecía ir todo bien ya que hace 3 semanas me enviaron una guía de Fedex, no me importó que fuera por esa paquetería a pesar de que yo pagué envío por DHL; pero el problema es que la guía sólo fue creada y jamás depositaron mi paquete. Sus medios de contacto no dan respuesta y al parecer no fui la única afectada por lo que se recurrirá apoyo con PROFECO.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE !! A month ago I bought on your site and they do not respond to my request. It was supposed to arrive in 10 business days. At first everything seemed to be going well since 3 weeks ago they sent me a Fedex guide, I did not care that it was for that parcel even though I paid shipping by DHL; but the problem is that the guide was only created and they never deposited my package. Their means of contact do not give an answer and apparently I was not the only one affected by what support with PROFECO will be resorted to.
