★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor óptica a la que he ido. Hace un mes iba dispuesto a comprar unos lentes y al llegar la persona que me antendió me ofreció limpiar mis lentes. Al momento de estarlos limpiando la persona rompió mis lentes. Ellos ofrecieron hacer algo para compensarme la falta que habían cometido y a final de cuentas ellos acordaron regalarme el armazón que quería pero con la condición de comprar las micas de los lentes en su tienda.
No habiendo ninguna otra solución accedí . Después de una semana me llamaron diciendo que mis lentes estaban listos y una vez que llego y me los pruebo estaban mal graduados. Me dijeron que los volverían a hacer y que estarían en aproximadamente dos semanas. Dos semanas después los lentes volvieron a estar mal graduados.
Es inaceptable el trato que te dan, llevo un mes esperando tener mis lentes y simplemente no quedan. He tenido que ir aproximadamente seis veces a la tienda y al parecer ningún empleado está calificado para resolver el problema y tampoco saben usar el equipo oftalmológico que tienen a su disposición.
Además tuve que comprar otro armazón idéntico al que me rompieron para poder seguir utilizando las micas que ya tenía.
The worst optician I've ever been to. A month ago I was willing to buy glasses and when the person who attended me arrived, he offered to clean my glasses. While cleaning them, the person broke my glasses. They offered to do something to compensate me for the fault they had committed and in the end they agreed to give me the frame I wanted but with the condition of buying the lenses for the lenses in their store.
There being no other solution, I agreed. After a week they called me saying that my glasses were ready and once I arrived and tried them on they were badly graduated. They told me they would do them again and that they would be in about two weeks. Two weeks later the glasses were again poorly graduated.
The treatment they give you is unacceptable, I've been waiting a month for my glasses and they just don't fit. I have had to go to the store about six times and apparently no employee is qualified to solve the problem and they also do not know how to use the ophthalmic equipment that they have at their disposal.
I also had to buy another frame identical to the one they broke me in order to continue using the lenses I already had.
