Excellent deal, at a super price, very well located, close to everything! Besides keeping the room clean, the beds are comfortable and very well furnished, I loved it and my family too, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté reservar en el Hotel y me dieron una cotización por teléfono, después llamó la persona que haría la reserva y tenía otros costos, les comenté que ya habían dado una cotización y respondió "¿Recuerda los precios que le había dado?" Porque no tienen idea de nada.
Además de lo anterior, la comunicación es FATAL, marco a la recepción y me dicen que lo de las reservas no lo ven ellos, que mejor mande un correo, al mandar el correo no responden.
Después de mas de dos semanas de insistir tanto por correo como por teléfono me mandan la cotización y solicito el número de cuenta para la transferencia y aún nada.
Es un verdadero riesgo reservar con ellos, no tienen orden ni formalidad, el trato tampoco es bueno.
Creo que la certidumbre cuesta un poco más y en mi caso, la pagaré en otro hotel.
I tried to book at the Hotel and they gave me a quote by phone, then the person who would make the reservation called and had other costs, I told them that they had already given a quote and they replied "Do you remember the prices I had given you?" Because they have no idea of anything.
In addition to the above, the communication is FATAL, I dial the reception and they tell me that they do not see the reservations, that it better send an email, when they send the email they do not respond.
After more than two weeks of insisting both by mail and by phone they send me the quote and I request the account number for the transfer and still nothing.
It is a real risk to book with them, they have no order or formality, the deal is not good either.
I think that certainty costs a little more and in my case, I will pay for it in another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy limpias, atencion excelente y la mejor ubicación. 4 estrellas en servicio pues tuvimos un contratiempo con el servicio de agua para regadera, nos brindaron una alternativa y buscaron como solucionar rapidamente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Very good service, very clean rooms, excellent attention and the best location. 4 stars in service because we had a setback with the water service for the shower, they offered us an alternative and they looked for a quick solution. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price and good service. I stayed a the end of May and we were transported free of charge from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are clean and basic. The beds are very confortable and flat TV. The water pressure is great. The only problem was the wi fi was not working for a couple of days due to a wet cable. The noise is not bad as long the guests are quiet and respectful with the others. No breakfast available at this time maybe because was no a holiday weekend or high season. The guy who works at front desk is so helpful . Kudos to him. In general, I highly recommend this place.
