★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la tienda es buena...pero por favor no contraten el servicio de sus colocadores.. son flojos, mañosos y buscan cual quier pretexto para reagendar ya que a ellos les pagan por visita.
 The attention in the store is good... but please do not hire the service of their installers... they are lazy, crafty and look for any pretext to reschedule since they pay them per visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es lo mismo, ojalá hagan algo al respecto ni siquiera hay con quién,ni teléfono donde quejarse,el gerente no ayuda para nada y los números creo que por esos no los ponen por qué a de ser lo mismo, tardan horas para poder un entregar el material,horas, nefasto, llegue a las 5:45 pm y son las 6:46 pm y es hora la cual no me han entregado mi material, corrijo 6:48 pm me están entregando, pesimo el servicio de entrega por sus errores administrativos hacen esperar al cliente eso no puede ser posible!
It's always the same, I hope they do something about it, there isn't even anyone to contact, or a phone number to complain to, the manager doesn't help at all and I think the numbers don't put them up because it's the same, it takes hours to get a deliver the material, hours, disastrous, I arrived at 5:45 pm and it is 6:46 pm and it is time that they have not delivered my material, I correct 6:48 pm they are delivering it to me, the delivery service is terrible because of their administrative errors make the client wait that cannot be possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena variedad de productos, buenos precios, cuenta con estacionamiento, lamentablemente pésimo servicio por parte de Gerente y algunos vendedores. La suc. de División del Norte cuenta con los mismos productos y definitivamente otra atención.
Good variety of products, good prices, has parking, unfortunately terrible service from the Manager and some vendors. The suc. North Division has the same products and definitely another service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda ofrece gran variedad de pisos, alfombras y opciones para decoración de interiores. La atención fue muy buena, los precios son acorde a todos los bolsillos y en esta sucursal en especial la entrega es inmediata y que es bodega y hay ofertas. Fue mejor opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención dentro de la tienda es regular. Decidimos comprar loceta vinilica y pedimos que fuera un evaluador para que checara el piso, también pagamos el servicio de instalación. Los primeros instaladores quisieron estafarnos y vendernos por fuera un material que "necesitaba el piso para prepararlo" y que "ellos eran los que sabían, los evaluadores no." Los reportamos y vino otro instalador que ha llegado tarde, ha quedado mal y el piso esta levantado. Hasta ahorita llevan 6 días intentando instalar un piso que se instala en 1 día y esta quedando mal...
Attention inside the store is regular. We decided to buy vinyl tile and asked an evaluator to check the floor, we also paid for the installation service. The first installers wanted to cheat us and sell us a material that "needed the floor to prepare it" and that "they were the ones who knew, the evaluators did not." We reported them and another installer came who has arrived late, it has been badly and the floor is raised. Until now they have been trying to install a floor for 6 days that is installed in 1 day and is looking bad ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TUVE UNA TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA EN ESTE LUGAR, POR FAVOR NO COMPREN AHI, YO COMPRE LOSETA VINILICA Y ME MANDARON A UN COLOCADOR LLAMADO ROGELIO QUE ME DIJO QUE NO SE PODIA COLOCAR ENCIMA DE LA LOSETA DE CERAMICA QUE TENIA EL LUGAR, Y ME DIO UN PRECIO PARA LA PREPARACION DEL PISO Y YA QUE LE FALTABA POCO PARA TERMINAR ME DIJO QUE YA HABIA MEDIDO CON CALMA Y QUE ERA MAS DINERO, TERMINE PAGANDOLE 2000 PESOS AL SEÑOR PARA QUE SOLO ECHARA CEMENTO EN EL PISO, ADEMAS DE QUE TUVE QUE REGRESAR A LA TIENDA POR MAS PEGAMENTO YA QUE ME ECHO A PERDER UN GALON, YA DESPUES ME METI A VER LOS COMENTARIOS Y VEO QUE TIENEN MUCHOS NEGATIVOS, CREO QUE EN GENERAL LOS COLOCADORES TRATAN DE SACAR DINERO EXTRA, YA QUE ESTE MISMO SR. ROGELIO ME LO DIJO QUE GANA MAS POR EL DINERO EXTRA DE PREPARACION DE PISOS QUE DE LA MISMA COLOCACION. EN LA VIDA VOLVERE A COMPRAR EN ESE LUGAR
I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLACE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THERE, I BUY VINYL TILE AND THEY SENT ME A PLACEMAN CALLED ROGELIO WHO TOLD ME THAT IT COULD NOT BE PLACED ON TOP OF THE CERAMIC TILE THAT THE PLACE HAD, AND HE GAVE ME A PRICE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE FLOOR AND SINCE IT WAS A LITTLE LONG TO FINISH IT, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ALREADY MEASURED IT CALMLY AND THAT IT WAS MORE MONEY, I ENDED UP PAYING 2000 PESOS TO THE LORD SO THAT HE JUST PUT CEMENT ON THE FLOOR, PLUS I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE FOR MORE GLUE BECAUSE I LOST A GALLON, LATER I WENT TO SEE THE COMMENTS AND I SEE THAT THEY HAVE MANY NEGATIVES, I THINK THAT IN GENERAL THE PLASTERS TRY TO GET EXTRA MONEY, SINCE THIS SAME MR. ROGELIO TOLD ME THAT HE EARNS MORE FROM THE EXTRA MONEY FROM FLOOR PREPARATION THAN FROM THE PLACEMENT ITSELF. IN LIFE I WILL BUY IN THAT PLACE AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia!!! No los recomiendo. Asistí para una colocación de linóleum. 1.- No asisten a validar medidas. 2.- Me enviaron a un personal para retirar el piso de laminado que tenia y me daño un marco de una puerta, pague para el retiro del zoclo y el sr. dijo que eso no venia. 3.- Al siguiente día enviar a otra persona a retirar el zoclo y el sr de nombre Rogelio de la Nueva Avenida, no cuenta con el conocimiento para retirar el zoclo daño mi pared y se llevo parte de la pintura y no retiro todo lo que ya había pagado. 4.- Hable con la vendedora, quien me canalizo con la gerente de atención a clientes y la cual solo me hizo perder el tiempo, la cual me dijo que no me iban a reparar nada.5.- Pague con anticipación y ellos emiten la factura como si fuera por parcialidades. MUY MAL, me dañaron un marco de mi puerta y el espacio donde va el zoclo y no se hacen responsables, entonces mejor que no den el servicio de colocación o retirado. Nadie da una solución. Son pésimos, y veo que ya tienen muchas quejas de su personal y aun así lo siguen enviando. ANEXO FOTOS
