Hola Hasta cuando me piensan mandar mi factura??? Hoy cumplo 5 semanas que realicé la compra, algun numero que si contesten, ni el gerente ni la vendedora me volvieron a contestar los WhatsApp ni las llamadas, muy pero muy mal servicio de postventa. Nunca me enseñaron a usar el equipo como te ofrecen cuando hablas por primera vez, pero bueno bien o mal pude echar andar el equipo. Y para el dueño que normalmente contesta estos mensajes le recomendaria que asi como exige factura a los que dejan reviews malas, tambien exiga factura a los que dejan reviews buenas, asi todos sabemos que son clientes reales, tanto usted como nosotros los clientes. Yo en lo particular no tengo factura por que la sigo esperando, pero tengo mi comprobante de mercado pago. Ah y una cosa mas, el manual que viene dentro de las tinas cuando llega el equipo tiene falas de ortografía lo cual da mala imagen a la empresa. Me imagino los imprimen en china donde fabrican las maquinas. Compra realizada el 24 de marzo y enviada a Cancún Quintana Roo, hasta el 5 de Abril. Y lo enviaron incompleto, hasta el 23 me llego todo completo.

And for the owner who normally answers these messages, I would recommend that just as you demand an invoice from those who leave bad reviews, you also demand an invoice from those who leave good reviews, so we all know that they are real customers, both you and us customers. Personally, I don't have an invoice because I'm still waiting for it, but I do have my proof of payment from the market. Oh and one more thing, the manual that comes inside the tubs when the equipment arrives has misspellings which gives the company a bad image. I imagine they are printed in China where they make the machines. Purchase made on March 24 and sent to Cancun Quintana Roo, until April 5. And they sent it incomplete, until the 23rd everything arrived complete.

No los recomiendo. Para nada para hacer la venta te prometen . Entregas de 3 a 5 días. La cual a la mera hora son 3 a 5 días para que te la manden y de ahí otros 3 a 5 días. Tuve un problema con el pago el cual requeri que me hicieran la cancelación para proceder hacer de nuevo la compra la cual ha pasado más de 1 semana y no pueden. El gerente nunca está o está comiendo la vendedora solo se lava las manos ya le dije que no quiero nada. Y solo me da largas con mi devolución. No compren con ellos. En serio no es una empresa confiable. Cuiden su dinero. ? Buenos días señor. Le agradezco la atención brindada en su comentario. Cabe mencionar que si efectivamente ? fue una maquina financiada. Y eso no tiene nada de malo. Ni Me hará sentir menos cada quien hace sus negocios a su manera. Mi banco american express no tuvo nada que ver con diferir los pagos fue su pagina que no funciona correctamente, Y si se fija bien no le compre 1 base de helado. Fueron casi 10 mil pesos de insumos. Pero bueno. Uno crédulo creyendo que son serios ya que. Tienen un sitio web. Y dominio legal. Etc etc. Su comentario despectivo deja mucho que desear.

Es una empresa de lo más informal que puedan esperar. Compre una máquina y después de recibir el pago t contestan de mala gana, al igual que los insumos que venden. Te mandan lo que quieren y después se molestan cuando les haces algún reclamo. Son de la peor experiencia que puedan tener en ventas. Sus máquinas no las recomiendo. Mejor ahorren y compren una máquina de helados taylor. Fue lo que yo hice

Yo compré en 2020 una máquina y puedo decir que muchas cosas de las que dicen son verdad, cuando compramos la máquina todo fue muy bien, pero con post venta dejan mucho que desear, no nos contestaban , el motor llegó dañado y nos mandaron uno golpeado, mucha base se echó a perder y nos dijeron que por eso era de regalo, para ver si funcionaba la máquina, la llave para el reset del contador de helados no era, no nos la cambiaron y nunca nos enseñaron a realizarlo de manera manual, nunca nos capacitaron como lo prometieron a un principio, para refacciones o comprar más base nos salía más caro el UBER para que nos mandaran las cosas que la misma compra y nos comentaron que para que estábamos lejos( Naucalpan); perdón que se lo comenté Sr pero también me tocó conocer a su hijo y su actitud con los clientes no era la correcta; la primera máquina la vende el area de ventas pero las siguientes las cierra el área de servicio. No es una queja, como lo dice la seccion es mi opinion con respecto al servicio que recibi; para quejarme en su momento me queje con Hector y no me hicieron caso, me queje con diego y solo me trataron de forma grosera; veo que pasa el tiempo y siguen teniendo los mismos problemas, no espero que me de nada a cambio ni estoy haciendo esto con esa intension, ojala que mi opinion le sirva para se genere un cambio y atiendan bien a sus clientes en postventa.

Yo sólo voy a compartir mi experiencia, no les voy a decir que compren o no con FREDDO. Yo compré tres equipos con FREDDO y no me las enviaban. Yo tuve que ir por ellas a su oficina, me las entregaron de muy mala gana. El gerente que me atendió un tal José Miguel Espinosa (después me entero que es el hijo del dueño) fue muy atento cuando me vendió, una vez que hice el pago se deslindó completamente, no me entregó nota de compra ni remisión en el momento de hacerle el pago. Tuve una muy mala experiencia de compra. Al momento de escribir está reseña (28/12/2021), las máquinas no las encendido para ver su funcionamiento, espero y no fallen. En conclusión su servicio postventa deja mucho que desear.

I had to go to his office for them, they gave them to me very reluctantly. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT BUY ANY EQUIPMENT OR MERCHANDISE FROM THEM. I went in on February 20th in recommendation from a colleague. Upon arriving we were attended to fairly quick Karina talked us through their selection of machines and once we picked the one we wanted she explained how it worked and even let us try a sample of the ice cream. Once we decided on buying we went into another room where I paid the machine IN FULL. After that Karina had to leave due to a personal reason. We were told we had to wait a short while until they got the machine, that is when Diego Espinosa came in and told us the machine wouldn’t fit into the car. He had two of his guys and two of mine go measure to see if it would fit and resulted that it in fact would fit. Diego Espinosa Seemed bothered by that because he wanted us to pay more to have it shipped to us house. He left to go and get the machine which they said would be a little while because the warehouse was close. About 30 minutes later one of his workers gets a call telling them to measure the display machine and place it in the car to see if it would fit and AGAIN THE RESULT WAS THAT IT IN FACT DID FIT. So again we waited to see when Diego Espinosa would show up with the machine. Another 30 minutes goes by and still nothing, then one of his workers gets a text saying that we have to go and get the machine. After waiting one hour for him to show up they told us we had to drive 20 mins to the warehouse to get the machine. Keep in mind we live 2 hours away and we had our 2 year old son with us. I told them to go ahead and cancel the order because it seemed as though they didn’t want to give us the machine. Once I told them that they made us wait another 15 minutes to talk to Diego Espinosa on the phone. And his treatment was insulting. He yelled at me through the phone and told me that anyone should be able to wait however many hours for the machine and that I needed to calm down because he didn’t need my money then proceeded to tell me that there was no refunds and that I wasn’t going to get my money back. After arguing with him for a good 5 minutes he told me he would give me a free box of ice cream formula so I would calm down and go get the machine, I still declined and he finally decided to refund my money but that it would take 5-8 business days because I paid with my debit card. I understood and we left it at that. The next day Karina called me and asked that happened I explained to her and she offered to ship it on them. After talking to my husband we agreed because it would be easier than finding another one. For the next couple of days they were suppose to bring it but it never showed up, then Karina said that they gave it to a shipping company but it has yet to come. Now she doesn’t answer my messages so I don’t have the machine or my money. THEY ARE THIEVES WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am from the United States where I own 2 businesses so I understand the industry but all they care about is the money. I was suppose to leave to the United States yesterday but didn’t because IM STILL WAITING ON THE MACHINE. Again, I STILL DONT HAVE THE MACHINE AND THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEIR TREATMENT IS INSULTING.
