Efectivamente el servicio de emergencias es para pacientes graves con riesgo de perder la vida o un órgano no para las diarreas y gripas que se pueden atender en el centro de salud. El hospital consume energía eléctrica por los aparatos que utiliza por lo tanto conectar equipo no indispensable como los celulares de los pacientes o sus familiares no es una prioridad, si desean tener carga pueden adquirir una batería portátil de 100 pesos. Efectivamente no hay suficientes médicos especialistas porque es una población pequeña y el salario es el mismo que en las grandes urbes por lo que los médicos al no tener ningún incentivo económico u otro aliciente que los motive a trabajar ahí optan por trabajar en lugares más grandes y con menos escasez de servicios
