Dicen que es posible una fecha, en 10 min realizas el depósito y casualmente al confirmar te dan otra fecha, el señor Franco es muy grosero, déspota y sarcástico, usa un tono irónico en todo lo que dice con afán de insultar al cliente. Solo espero que me regresen el anticipo que hice. No pierdan el tiempo en esta empresa, no vale la pena el mal trato. Además se rehusan a reembolsar el anticipo
ZERO STARS !! They say that a date is possible, in 10 min you make the deposit and coincidentally when confirming they give you another date, Mr. Franco is very rude, despotic and sarcastic, he uses an ironic tone in everything he says in an effort to insult the client. I just hope they return the advance I made. Don't waste your time on this company, it's not worth the bad treatment. They also refuse to repay the advance

Pésimo servicio con el que cuentan , en julio 2020 adquirí un boiler solar y ha inicios de marzo de este año empezó a falla, no me queda mas que acudir a PROFECO.
El distribuidor no quiere hacerse responsable ni mucho menos hacer valida mi garantía. :(
Someone could tell me the name of the person in charge of Freecon Mexico, S.A. by C.V
Terrible service they have, in July 2020 I acquired a solar boiler and at the beginning of March of this year it began to fail, I only have to go to PROFECO.
The distributor does not want to be responsible, much less validate my guarantee. :(
