★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal esta muy amplia, limpia y ordenada los ejecutivos son muy amables y conocen sus productos, el tiempo de espera es considerable pero te hacen amena la espera, el gerente esta disponible para quejas y atención a clientes, la tasa de interés que te pagan por invertir es muy alta comparado con otras instituciones y la resolución del crédito es muy rapida.
The branch is very wide, clean and tidy the executives are very friendly and know their products, the waiting time is considerable but they make you wait, the manager is available for complaints and customer service, the interest rate they pay you to invest is very high compared to other institutions and credit resolution is very fast.
