Greedy policy. The don't let customers try the wine before ordering a bottle. Ended up with a bottle that did not suit our taste.

Iconic Wine Bar. Most popular attraction to have a bottle of wine and some amazing snack complements. Well planned and excellent attention to detail

If I could score them 0 I would. Horrible service, unattentive staff, specially the manager. We asked for a table, waited for ten minutes and then the manager decides to skip us for a party of 5 and gave our table to them. Shame on you Freixenet! Stay away from anything with that name; INCLUDING the winery where they just shove you in like cattle in groups of 50 or more. Will not be back and won’t recommend!

I think it's the place, the reason why we go in that city

Horrible service! Rude from start to end!! We won’t be coming back, I prefer going to the winery and buying bottles there and going to the cheese/ham shop instead of dealing with such a “I’m better than you attitude!” Waited 30min for a tray of ham and cheese!! The funny thing is that “you probably must know someone” to skip the 2 hour wait! Saw it and heard it first hand!! So if you are ready to wait and be skipped and be poorly treated ?? You found the spot! The music outside which you don’t need to pay!! Is great!! But service is horrible!!! Won’t be leaving a tip! OWNER PAY ATTENTION BECAUS EYOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS

Incredible service, good wine selection, the Tequisquiapan trademark on a cheeseboard, tapas, great terrace view, will definitely go back, great for conversations, after meetings, just to admire downtown.

Food is horrible. Basic meat/cheese plate. Cheese dried out. Patatas Bravas are basically buffalo sauce and aoli. 3/4 across the way is WAY better.

We saw a bottle of La Crema that we considered buying but it is so hot that we unsure of wine handling in hot temps for a $50 bottle. Tasted the Dona dry espumate but didn’t like. Ordered the Freixenet dry white and it was very good but the 310 peso bottle plus 16% vat and another 27% made the price unfeasible. Plus service rude and it was way too warm to really enjoy the space. Would never return. This establishment hives Freixinet a bad name. This service would be intolerable in Sonoma or Napa or even Baja wine region. Advice: Remove your good name from this place.
