Les dices Balatas para una CX5 modelo 2019, te dan precio de $680 a ¡revisar!. ¿Que tienen que revisar si les estás dando marca y modelo?. Bueno, llegas, ingresan el vehículo y te llaman para indicarte que son $950 más $120 de mano de obra (por rueda) más rectificación de discos que son $300. Si les comentas que no se necesita rectificación porque el desgaste de la zapata es del 80% se ponen necios, la rectificación es cuando ya te acabaste la balata y rechinan los metales de la rueda, pero se ponen necios. El costo de las zapatas te lo suben siempre porque cotizan las de un March o Chevy ó de una motocicleta. Atención terrible, el peor de todos es un tipo más o menos chavo pelón/calvo, de anteojos, que a cualquier cuestionamiento te levanta la voz, y cuando tú también le subes el volúmen, deja de hacerte caso. A todo contestan "ahorita que venga el maestro, es que el maestro no está, que lo revise el maestro". ¿Ustedes no lo saben hacer o como?. Rectifican mal los discos, los pulen cuando no deben quedar como espejo, qué pasa?, rechinan y se cristalizan con la zapata, pero te dicen que frenes suave. No recorres ni 10 metros cuando se escucha como rechinan al frenar y te dicen que deben ajustarlas y que serían $120 de mano de obra, por rueda. Ineptos. Ni en su matriz de Loma Bonita lo hacen mejor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WORKSHOP. Pretty bad service, from customer service to work. Se los recomiendo para realizar la revisión y cambio de frenos.
