★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepción de servicio, costos elevados, ya no tienen la vocación de hacer los trabajos de frenos como antes, hace poco tuve un problema grave con mi auto, no quisieron atender ni recibir porque ya se iban, les faltaba como 2 horas para cerrar. Entonces llevé a otro lugar y me dijeron varios problemas de los frenos que los de Noroeste no me dijeron, estoy muy decepcionada, por poco pude haber tenido un accidente. No vuelvo a ir.

So I took to another place and they told me about several brake problems that the Northwest did not tell me, I am very disappointed, I almost could have had an accident. I will not go again.
