1) Me dejaron suelta la tolva de la salpicadera delantera izquierda. Al salir a carretera se me arruinó completamente.
2)Cuando dejé el carro para su arreglo no tiraba ni escurria ningún líquido. Después de su arreglo, el carro tira liquido de alguna parte.
Acudí para hacer la reclamación de los puntos anteriores, y esto fueron sus respuestas :
1) Que seguramente la tolva estaba así, ya que ellos no la tocaron.
2) Que el escurrimiento era del bulbo de la caja de transmisión, pero que no era su culpa, ya que sólo lo desconectaron y conectaron.
Conclusión: No aceptaron ninguna responsabilidad.
Mal trabajo, irresponsables y falta de ética.
Unfortunately it was a bad experience. They fixed clutch and change of brake shoes.
1) Left front fender hopper left loose. When I hit the road I was completely ruined.
2) When I left the car for repair it did not throw or drain any liquid. After its fix, the car pulls liquid from somewhere.
I went to make the claim of the previous points, and these were their answers:
1) That surely the hopper was like this, since they did not touch it.
2) That the runoff was from the gearbox bulb, but that it wasn't their fault as they just unplugged and plugged it in.
Conclusion: They did not accept any responsibility.
Bad work, irresponsible and unethical.
