Fresh Breeze Inn - 63708 Chacala

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Fresh Breeze Inn in Chacala, Mexico. We had a great visit and hope to return. The rooms were very nice and clean and the kitchen well furnished with supplies Lance is a great host and tends to all your needs. He has become very acquainted with the area and offers fantastic hiking nearby complete with maps. He seems to know where to obtain all necessary supplies one could need. We very much appreciated that Lance has installed an ultra violet water purification system that provides great tasting and safe drinking water out of the faucet, wonderful asset to have in countries where drinking water can be questionable. Not having to buy water in plastic bottles is a huge plus! .Being able to swim in the ocean any time of day-morning, afternoon and evening in November was such a treat for us. The beaches are superb! Fresh, tropical fruit was readily available during our visit and provided us with the best breakfasts imaginable. We will return! Laurie Prouty Port Orford, Oregon

Love the Fresh Breeze Inn in Chacala! Can’t make it to Chacala every year but when I can, Lance’s Inn is the only place I want to stay. Lance and Maggy are wonderful hosts. They are always ready to lend a helping hand. And the room is bright And clean. Love that I don’t have to worry about drinking the water. Maybe next year - back to Chacala and the Fresh Breeze Inn!

I’ve stayed at Fresh Breeze Inn twice, and will do so again. Its location is a pleasant few blocks to the beach and there’s an excellent small food shop and organic deli nearby. The rooms are clean and pretty and the entire house is thoughtfully designed: the windows and screens are secure; there are ceiling fans, the tap water is filtered, the septic system is good. You don’t find these details in many Chacala rentals. Highly recommended.
